1. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit an application. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms.
2. Who may enrol
- Our programmes are for school students, generally Grades 5 to 12. Because most participants are minors, enrolment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
- By enrolling a student, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian, that you are at least 18 years old, and that the details you provide are accurate and complete.
- You are responsible for keeping your contact details current so we can send schedules, joining links and programme updates.
3. Applications and enrolment
- Submitting an application is a request to join a programme. A place is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing and, where a fee applies, when payment is received.
- Places in each cohort are limited. If a cohort is full or does not reach a viable size, we may offer a place in a later cohort.
- Programme details such as cohort dates, session times, mentor allocation, curriculum sequence and guest speakers may change for operational reasons. We will tell enrolled families about material changes.
4. Fees and payment
- Fees, currency and any early enrolment pricing are shown on the programme and checkout pages at the time you enrol. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies.
- Payments are taken through our payment processor. We do not receive or store your card details.
- Unless stated otherwise, fees cover the sessions, mentorship and materials described for that programme. They do not cover your internet access, device, or any third-party exam or application fee.
- Where a payment fails, is reversed or is charged back, we may suspend access until the matter is resolved.
- Promotional codes and early enrolment prices are valid only for the programme, cohort and period stated.
5. Sessions and participation
- Sessions are delivered online at scheduled times. Joining links are personal to the enrolled student and must not be shared.
- We expect respectful conduct towards mentors and other students. We may remove a participant from a session or programme for behaviour that disrupts learning or harms others.
- Attendance matters: some programme outcomes, including completion records, depend on attending the required sessions and submitting the required work.
- Sessions may be recorded for the benefit of enrolled families. Tell us in advance if you do not wish your child to appear on camera.
6. What we do and do not promise
- Our programmes are educational. They are mentorship and skills programmes, and they are not medical training, medical advice, or an admissions or placement service.
- We do not guarantee admission to any school, university or medical programme, any scholarship, any grade, or any other specific outcome.
- Mentors are current students and early-career professionals sharing their own experience. Their guidance is not a substitute for advice from your school, university admissions offices, or a qualified professional.
7. Student work and intellectual property
- Students keep ownership of the project work they create. By enrolling, you grant us permission to review, assess and give feedback on that work as part of the programme.
- We publish selected student work, for example in our project showcase, only with the consent of the parent or guardian, and you may ask us to remove it at any time.
- Our curriculum, materials, recordings, worksheets and website content belong to us or our licensors. They are for the enrolled student’s personal use and may not be copied, resold, uploaded elsewhere or used commercially without our written permission.
8. Acceptable use of the website
- Do not attempt to access accounts, portals or data that are not yours, probe or disrupt our systems, or scrape the site at a scale that affects its operation.
- Do not submit false information, impersonate another person, or upload malware.
- AI features on the site, including the counsellor and interview practice, are provided for study support. Their output can be incomplete or wrong and should be checked before you rely on it.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or puts other users at risk.
9. Third-party services and links
The site uses and links to third-party services, including our payment processor, scheduling tool, messaging and analytics providers, and document viewers. Their own terms and privacy policies govern your use of them, and we are not responsible for content on websites we link to.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the website and portals available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for interruptions of that kind.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, or outcomes such as admission decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
12. Privacy and communications
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you agree that we may contact you by email and WhatsApp about the programme you enrolled in, including schedules, joining links and reminders. Marketing messages are separate and you can unsubscribe from them at any time.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, and the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site or a programme after a change means you accept the updated terms.
